 Texas Associates Insurors is proud to announce the hiring of David Thomas, CLCS as a Risk Solutions Adviser. David is originally from Wolfforth, Texas and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and recently received the CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
From 2002-05, David was a two-time All-Big 12 performer and Academic All-Big 12 selection for the Texas Longhorns football team. UT's record holder for virtually every receiving record by a tight end, Thomas helped the Horns claim the 2005 National Championship. He joins Texas Associates Insurors after a seven-year NFL career that included three years with the New England Patriots and four years with the New Orleans Saints. As a member of the Saints World Championship squad in Super Bowl XLIV, David is one of a handful of Texas players that won both a National Championship and a Super Bowl. |
